    本文選用3 #通用鋰脂和7014號寬溫航空潤滑脂作為礎脂,選取米金剛石粉和米二氧化硅微粒作為添加劑,設計了14種配方。利用威布斜率k和額定壽命l10作為評價指標,研究了米微粒的用量對瓷球/鋼副的接觸疲勞壽命的影響,得出在所選兩種礎脂中添加合適用量的米微粒添加劑可以提高瓷球的接觸疲勞壽命。利用sem和edax ,初步揭示了米微粒提高瓷/鋼副滾動接觸疲勞的機理。
