目的：首先，建立一種多器官功能障礙綜合征（ mods ）合併急性腎衰竭（ arf ）復合的動物模型，探討mods合併arf的可能病理生理機制；同時用rad構建生物人工腎對mods合併arf動物進行治療，觀察rad對mods合併arf的治療效果和可能機制，從而為arf合併mods時的rad治療作出客觀科學的評估。
