模擬分析了近鄰建築物在不同距離的條件下，懸臂支護、一層錨桿與排樁聯合支護、兩層錨桿與排樁聯合支護、三層錨桿與排樁聯合支護、土釘支護等幾種支護情況下的深基坑開挖過程，對深基坑工程開挖過程中近鄰建築物的變形、支護結構變形以及基坑外地層沉降的發展變化規律進行了分析總結；對錨桿和土釘支護對建築物變形的影響作了詳細地分析，找到了一些基坑開挖過程中基坑支護結構變形、周圍地層沉降、近臨建築不均勻沉降及絕對沉降的發展變化規律，得到了一些對深基坑工程設計和施工有工程實際意義的結論。
