    本文系統地研究了復合體系配方、工藝方法、填料及劑用量對復合體系工藝條件、力性能及結構形態的影響,同時利用廣角x射線衍射、掃描鏡、 dta等對復合體系的性能進行了測試與分析,主要研究內容及結論如下: 1滑石粉的加入,雖然使pp的熔時間增加,但是混煉能耗下降,有利於pp的加工;劑的加入,使pp的熔時間增加,能耗略有降低,總體而言,對加工無不利影響。

    本文通過大量的試驗,對各向同性ndfeb粘結磁體用劑、粘結劑、固劑,以及固工藝、成型工藝及其粒度對磁體性能的影響進行了多方面詳細的研究。在不同工藝條件下制備粘結磁體的基礎上,利用磁性能測試儀、力性能測試設備和掃描子顯微鏡等測試分析手段,研究了粘結方法制備ndfeb磁性材料的制備工藝,探討了劑、磁粉粒度、粘結劑、固劑、固工藝和模壓工藝等對ndfeb磁體磁性能及力性能的影響。
