因此，針對該平臺水處理工藝所存在的以上問題，本文提出了以下解決方案：為平臺的整個水處理工藝構建基於dcs的計算機控制系統，其系統下位採用工業可編程式控制制器plc實現對過程現場的分散控制，並開發相應的上位實時計算機監控系統實現對整個水處理工藝的全局監控與實時動態模擬，且創建相應的數據管理系統實現對過程現場的工控數據進行有效管理，為平臺水處理工藝的靜態最優化生產獲取資料依據。
