    本論文在了解了同業企業的製造管理模式之後,以西安機工業(集團)有限責任公司零件製造車間為例,對零件製造車間進系統的研究和分析,在此基礎上開發一個基於cims環境下適合零件製造車間的生產作業計劃管理系統,與精益生產方式( leanproduction ) 、精益思想相結合,並對其管理系統進研究,達成以生產計劃、生產調為龍頭,充分利用工藝、工裝、工時額等製造信息,科學編制生產的月、周、日計劃,效的支配生產資源(如人、設備、工具、輔助材料等等) ,動態組織生產調,準確測隱患,全面監控生產過程,從而達到有效的提生產效率的目的,並利用科學的管理方式最終提我們的製造水平。
