本文以油庫信息管理系統為應用背景，通過對分散式對象技術、軟體復用技術、構件技術的分析和研究，結合油庫信息管理系統的應用特點，建立了一個基於corba構件服務器的oilmis應用程序框架；接著從框架的設計、開發等方面進行了詳細的討論，給出了基於構件的框架的一般設計開發方法；然後從體系結構的角度對oilmis框架模型進行了分析，討論了基於此框架模型的系統開發方法，說明此種框架結構能夠作為油庫信息領域的一個有效解決方案；最後通過儲罐自動計量子系統中一個業務構件實現的實例，演示了oilmis中構件的實現方法。
