    本文針對電機性能監系統研究較少的現狀,在實驗的基礎上分析了現場加裝進氣箱和由於安裝造成的導器葉片開度不一致對機性能曲線的影響,並在此基礎上採用無節方法,以機調節性能曲線為依據,建立了基於徑向基函數( rbf )神經網路的全程監模型;以實驗室4 - 73no . 8d離心機為研究對象,探討了rbf神經網路差壓模型在變轉速、變導器開度和變管網阻力等工況下的應用精度和誤差分佈規律;最後用visualc + +語言開發了機性能在線監系統。

    Gps水汽反演和降雨預報研究是當前氣象遙感應用的一個前沿探索領域,本論文依託于中意科技合作項目「洪水險規劃、監和實時預報的集成系統」 ,主要成果體現在以下方面: ( 1 )提出了一個合理的gps水汽監網設計方案根據gps衛星信號傳播原理和水汽垂直分佈規律以及域天氣的地方性特徵,確定了不同高度截角下一個gps所能定大氣水汽含的有效范圍,得出了濱江域只需要3 4個gps接收機就足以反映域水汽變化的結論。
