本文對液體培養桑黃菌絲體的主要活性成分多糖進行了研究，首次利用lg9 （ 3 ~ 4 ）正交試驗法對桑黃菌絲體多糖的提取工藝進行研究，從級差的大小可以看出影響桑黃菌絲體粗多糖提取率的因素主要是浸提次數，其次分別是浸提時間、吉林農業大學碩士學位論文桑黃主要生物學特性及多糖的研究浸提溫度、浸提比。
