This article describes canopy apparent spectral reflectance of three mangrove species at jiulong river estuary reserve using a portable hyperspectrometer, using the spectral data collected in fields to analyze mangrove canopy spectral reflectance characteristics and to compare their differences, the mangrove species distribution classified by using a tideland remote sensing information discrimination software based on spot satellite remote sensing images, and the disadvantage of mangrove spectral reflectance in higher research is discussed
