基於webgis的土地利用規劃信息發布與管理系統實例開發與實現在理論分析的基礎上，本研究利用maplnfo地理信息系統軟體以及autodeskmapguide網路地理信息系統平臺，以asp 、 vbscript 、 javascnpt作為動態網頁開發工具，結合浙江省瑞安市土地利用總體規劃（ 1997 2010年）的技術成果資料，設計並實現了以測覽器用b務器為體系結構的基於webgis土地利用規劃網上信息發布與管理的實例應用，為探索利用webgis進行土地利用規劃信息發布應用的技術可行性與應用前景提供了應用參考。 -
