文章首先從90年代以來房地產業在我國的發展情況入手，對房地產進行了簡單的整體描述;繼而分析了當時房地產業存在的問題及出現原因;提出國家主要從金融、土地和稅收三方面對房地產調進行了調控;然後深入文章的主體部分，對90年代后且持續至今的調控從經濟學角度進行了探討，從金融政策、土地政策和稅收政策3個方面分別進行了詳細分析;最後，結合其他宏觀調控方式，針對中國房地產現狀指出了適合我國國情的房地產調控之路。 -
