本文使用西北（區） 168個站1961 2000年6 9月（主汛期）月平均降水、溫度資料，運用eof 、 reof 、小波分析等方法診斷了主汛期月降水異常和旱澇的年代際變化；同時利用ncep ncar月平均資料，分析了強（弱）季風年西北空中水汽通量及其散度場、 500hpa高度場、 u 、 v風場的演變特徵，結果表明： （ a ）西北汛期降水可分為七個氣候異常區，第一、三異常區旱澇趨勢相同。 -
