本文在研究目前我國虛擬企業文化建設中存在的問題的基礎上，提出了一些虛擬企業文化建設的措施；創建了虛擬企業文化對虛擬企業經營環境的適應性評價模型，根據此模型把吉利集團的虛擬企業文化對其經營環境進行了適應性評估，並提出了相應的整改措施；最後根據浙江省虛擬企業文化建設的實際情況和特殊情況，提出了浙江省虛擬企業的文化建設的對策和建議。
