方法： 2001年4月和2002年11月廣東省公務員考試中使用的兩套《行政職業能力傾向測驗》 ； 2001年4月測驗的有效答卷3312份和2002年11月測驗的有效答卷4990份；所有數據隨機分組，一半用於efa探索模型，另一半用於cfa驗證模型。
