第四十七條境內機構違反外匯帳戶管理規定，擅自在境內、境外開立外匯帳戶的，出借、串用、轉讓外匯帳戶的，或者擅自改變外匯帳戶使用范圍的，由外匯管理機關責令改正，撤銷外匯帳戶，通報，批評，並處5萬元以上30萬元以下的罰款。
