Attention : according to eu - law allergens have to be declared not only if your product contains allergenic ingredients according to your recipe but also if your product might contain allergens by possible cross contamination, e. g. incorrectly cleaned machines and tools or by other product lines in the same factory or if a single component of a compound ingredient ( e. g. : aroma ) is allergenic
注意：根據歐洲法律，過敏素申明不僅必須說明依照處方你們的產品中是否包含過敏性配料，同時還需說明你們的產品是否可能因交叉污染而含有過敏素，如使用了未正確清潔的機器和工具、被同一間廠房內其它產品生產線污染、或一種復合配料（如芳香劑）中的某個單一成分為過敏性成分。
