發現管殼縫目硅藻的分佈受區域氣候、地理位置等的影響並不顯著，而受所處水體的小環境的影響較為明顯，在臨時性水體以及湖邊滲出水、沼澤中管殼縫目硅藻的種類多，數量也多；而在溪流、河水、湖水等水體中種類和數量都很少。 -
In these specimens, ninety - four taxa ( including 63 species, 30 varieties and 1 form ) of the order aulonoraphidinales have been identified, which belong to 10 genera, 3 families
經鑒定分析，發現管殼縫目硅藻63種30變種1變型，共94個分類單位，隸屬於3科10屬。
