    本文對海30艦炮適用的桿式脫殼穿甲彈的結構特性、彈道特性、穿甲威力及設計方法進行了系統研究，提出了合理的彈芯結構和彈托方案，研究了各種因素對桿式穿甲彈外彈道性能的影響，建立了一套小口徑尾翼穩定脫殼穿甲彈外彈道優化設計方法，並利用該方法在一定的戰術技術要求下對海30艦炮尾翼穩定脫殼穿甲彈進行了優化設計，得到了優化方案，研究結果對海30艦炮以及同類小口徑火炮桿式穿甲彈的設計有重要的指導意義。
