現時，在上述加共體十國之中，香港特區護照持有人無須持簽證前往以下六國旅遊:多米尼克國、牙買加、聖基茨和尼維斯、聖盧西亞、聖文森特和格林納丁斯及千里達托貝哥。但鑒于統一特殊簽證的實施，香港特區護照持有人于上述期間前往該些國家，須申領合適的簽證。香港特區護照持有人仍須持簽證前往其餘四國:安地卡及巴布達、巴貝多、格瑞那達及蓋亞那。
