本文擬通過對我國繼承法規定的遺囑繼承製度的一些基本問題的研究，同國外民法相關制度進行比較，就我國繼承法規定的遺囑繼承製度的一些不足之處，提出筆者的一點看法和意見，以期有益於我國繼承法的立法工作。本文共約五萬字，分為五個部分。
