數值模擬的結果表明:由於溫度變化造成半導體介質和光纖的折射率發生變化從而導致fgesl的縱模發生移動，因此fgesl的激射波長隨著溫度的升高將存在向長波長方向發生移動的趨勢，對于短外腔， fgesl的縱模間距較大，半導體介質折射率隨溫度的變化程度大於光纖折射率隨溫度的變化程度，因而存在模式跳躍現象;對于長外腔，由子fgesl的縱模間隔很小，因而不存在明顯的模式跳躍現象。
