本文首先從工程角度出發，研究了現存的主要航跡起始演算法，針對順序起始方法無法用於復雜環境，批處理方法計算量大不利於實現的缺點，提出了基於一步延時的航跡起始演算法，該演算法採用改進的多假設演算法處理數據關聯，同時採用多重濾波以更好的適應復雜環境，模擬結果表明，本文使用的演算法簡單易於實現、正確航跡起始概率高，有很好的工程應用前景。 -
