The 4 - step ways are as the follows : first, i gave lectures - - introducing the harm to themselves, other people and society of inhaling fumes directly and indirectly. second, in order to strongly impress the students about the harm of smoking, i helped them to determine the poisonous ingredients of the fume in the chemistry lab and get them to see with their own eyes the death of the white mice. third, i intensified their understanding of the harm of smoking by means of " discussion and communication.
這四步無煙教育方法是：第一步，舉辦知識講座? ?介紹主流煙霧、側流煙霧對人對已對社會的危害；第二步，緊緊抓住中學生的心理，充分發揮化學實驗室的功能，讓學生親眼看到煙霧毒死小白鼠，親手操作測定煙霧中的有害成份；第三步，利用「討論交流」強化學生對煙害的認識；第四步，利用「情景演示」法鍛煉、提高學生拒絕煙草的勇氣和技巧。 -
