本文首先對cax 、 pdm 、 erp之間的產品數據交換與共享作了分析，闡述了現階段pdm與cax應用系統之間實現集成的三個層次：結合國內外信息集成理論及方法的最新研究成果，綜合考慮技術上的先進性和國內中小企業的實際需要，提出並分析了三種解決集成問題的方案；基於產品信息的合理組織方法，採用express模式語言描述集成邏輯數據結構，建立了具有o - o特徵的集成數據模型以支持系統集成，並討論了集成數據模型在rdbms上的實現方法；最後開發了一個以雲內動力股份有限公司cims工程為應用背景的集成數據模型，通過利用ebom向mbom轉換的技術來實現pdm系統與erp系統之間的信息交換和共享。
