當今時代企業競爭日趨激烈，企業必須為員工創造良好的培訓環境和條件，從而保證員工的素質不斷提高，以提高企業的核心競爭力。本文結合萊鋼集團公司員工培訓的實際，通過對知識管理理論、 iso10015培訓標準、績效技術、 ieee1484框架、 scorm規范等思想和規范的分析以及網路培訓運作管理過程中的問題分析提出了萊鋼網路培訓應用模型。該模型由培訓分析、培訓設計與策劃、培訓實施以及培訓效果的評估和改進等幾個部分組成。
