本文通過對片面共犯的歷史沿革的考察，以共同犯罪和實踐中的具體案例為切入點，對片面共犯的存在及存在依據，片面共犯的成立條件及成立範圍等一系列理論上尚存在爭議的問題進行了較為深入的研究，從而將片面共犯納入到共同犯罪的范疇之中，最終從司法實踐的視野出發，對片面共犯的定罪與量刑問題進行了論述，從而將片面共犯理論落實到實踐中去，以期能完善刑法中關于共同犯罪的規定，促進相關問題在司法實踐中的正確處理，實現刑法的功能與價值。
