    摘要921集集大地震突顯出民間與政府在緊急醫療救護所付出的努力還需加強，對于災難醫師的培育更要靠長期的訓練；在災難發生時不同專業團隊的集成，在事故災情嚴重，超出該地區緊急醫療救護處理能力時，協調、聯絡鄰近地區之救支持更為重要；本文認為集成當前已存之法令與規章並予以落實，在指揮中心以防救災緊急醫療通報圖臺顯示及查詢應用系統作任務之分派可提升救護能力。
