試驗結果表明， pt防水塗料具有如下的性能特點：具有良好的防水性能，塗刷厚度1 . 5 2 . 0mm ，抗滲壓力可提高3倍以上；在有水的條件下，結晶反應可以不斷進行，能實現自愈合、永久性防水；具有很強的環境適應性，在ph值3 . 0 12 . 0條件下均可正常使用；此外，本文還進行了pt防水塗料與同類型防水材料xypex和防水寶（二者都是目前應用廣泛的防水塗料）的性能對比試驗。
