本文根據整車的性能要求確定了差動平衡機構的總體結構形式，以汽車驅動橋差速器及半軸的設計方法為參考，對差動平衡機構的原理樣機進行了完整的結構設計;對核心的差動輪系部分進行了優化，得出了既能滿足功能要求又可以有效減小機構質量的較合理的參數;在搖臂軸中使用了類似汽車驅動橋半軸的浮式結構，使搖臂軸所受彎矩大大降低，從而改善搖臂軸和差動輪系的力學性能。 -
