方法：主要護理干預措施有：加強心理護理；密切監測病情變化；建立良好的靜脈通路，糾正和防止低血容量、糾正水電解質平衡和適度利尿；準確記錄出入量、測量腹圍；給予高蛋白、多種維生素飲食；做好會陰部護理；做好出院宣教和健康指導。 -
