Article 28 upon receiving the conscription order and before being transported to the camp, the draftee when qualified with any of those incidents justifying an extended report ( see attachment. ), the draftee in person or any of his family members who are capable of acting for him may complete an application form submitted together with related certificates to seek the approval of extended reporting to the camp by the local government in care of the public office.
