本文在對井底巖石的受力狀態以及鉆頭的工作環境和特性加以分析的基礎上，藉助原有的井架、平臺等設備，研究設計了模擬6000米井底壓力壞境的高壓模擬井筒、鉆柱高壓轉聯器、鉆井液高壓模擬系統以及高壓除砂器等機械裝置，並研究了井底四維模擬壓力（上覆壓、圍壓、孔隙壓和液柱壓）的產生、控制及其控制的建模與模擬，從而實現井深至6000米的四維井底壓力環境的模擬。
