本研究的主要結果和結論如下：一、經抗原分子設計，在430a自動肽合成儀上合成的新抗原p3 ，經質譜儀分析證明其荷質比與理論一致；純化后，其純度大於95 ；將新抗原與klh偶連后免疫小鼠，經westernblot證實其誘導的特異性抗體可識別小鼠、大鼠、人睪丸組織中分子量約為22kd和55kd左右的蛋白質。
