目前，公司經營業務和員工是由江南造船（集團）有限責任公司下屬電鍍分廠（電鍍車間；上海江南金屬表面處理廠；江南造船廠奉賢熱鍍鋅分廠）搬遷改制而成，現有員工135人，其中高級工程師5名，各類專業技術人員15名，公司具有出眾的技術能力和雄厚的生產實力，可靠的產品聲譽和優良的市場誠信度。
