測算結果表明目前我國地方財政支出對區域經濟影響均為正，但並不是通過顯著提高單個生產要素生產率來實現，而是通過提高全要素生產率來實現的;其次地方財政支出結構中科教文衛費用對區域經濟增長均為正，說明它們的重要性，行政管理費對區域經濟增長均為負，說明其已超過了最優規模，但經濟建設支出的影響就有明顯的差異性;最後提出相應的完善地方財政支出改革與管理的建議。
