在按照此等條件之規定取銷或終止此等條件時，本行應被視為已獲授權將本行當時持有或在其後任何時間由本行收取之現金及證券送達客戶或客戶指定之人士或客戶或若屬聯名賬戶，則其中任何一方之業權繼承人若如此照辦時，本行將取得充份之責任解除，但只限於在根據及符合所有適用法律下，首先已支付本行之費用及開支以及已向本行提供令其滿意之擁有權之適當證明。
