根據四月一日起正式實施之新證券及期貨條例，證監會將把現有的十二項牌照歸納為九類受規管金融服務活動，包括證券交易杠桿式外匯交易就證券提供意見就期貨合約提供意見就機構融資提供意見提供自動化交易服務提供證券保證金融資及提供資產管理。
