In this thesis, the conditions of current chinese teachers in higher education are investigated by sampling, and huge amount of data is obtained. on the basis of statistics and analysis, the teachers are studied as a special group of persons with abilities, according to the fundamental theory of persons with abilities. the current conditions and problems of the higher education faculty are analyzed, and the running mechanism based on competition and the exchange of persons with abilities is put forward as a solution for the structural optimization of teacher group
