根據目前低壓電網用電負載功率因數偏低和國內外現場總線技術的應用現狀，立足於提高交流電機的功率因數，基於將每個補償裝置進行集中監控、信息集中傳遞的思路，本文作者在分析現有的控制系統體系結構的基礎上，提出了基於現場總線技術的全分散式多層控制系統的體系結構，構建了功率因素智能動態補償系統；對補償執行單元子系統、智能節點子系統、上位機子系統三部分進行了功能分析。
