結合上述研究結論，本研究提出漁業產業結構的調整方向，海水魚的發展戰略從捕撈和養殖並舉向養殖為主轉型，淡水魚產業發展從規模型向品質型轉化，增加水產科技投入，為漁業結構調整提出技術保障，同時擴大水產品市場的開發力度等相關政策建議。
