摘要為了使高校固定資產管理更高效科學，文章針對當前高校固定資產管理過程中存在的管理不到位、資源配置不合理、資產使用效率不高、固定資產管理人員文化素質較低等薄弱環節，提出四點建議：一是提高認識，轉變觀念；二是建章立制，強化管理；三是以人為本，健全網路；四是加強領導，規范程序。 -
