不可抗力規定-

二、預付運費問題，收取運費是承運人的基本權利，運費不可觸動、不得扣減是一個古老的航運慣例，但《合同法》的規定改變了這一慣例，除另有約定外，運費的風險由承運人承擔，貨物因不可抗力滅失的，承運人無權收取運費。
