第二十五條技術交易服務機構在業務活動中有欺騙、脅迫等行為的，由市科學技術行政部門和工商行政部門按照各自職責，根據情節輕重，沒收其非法所得，責令改正、停業整頓、直至吊銷其《技術交易服務許可證》和營業執照，並處以非法所得一至三倍的罰款。
