本課題以福建省的藥用真菌資源為對象，應用了抗菌、抗腫瘤和-葡萄糖苷酶抑制劑的體外篩選模型，進行了藥（食）用曲的絲狀真菌和大型真菌生物活性物質的篩選；對3種靈芝真菌的抗菌抗腫瘤、 -葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性，以及絲狀真菌w - 20抑制-葡萄糖苷酶的活性物質及其理化性質進行了初步研究，為我省藥用資源的開發利用打基礎。
