（二）為達到本會上述各項宗旨與目標，可租賃、購置或借用任何位於本港或其他地方之各式建築物與土地；可以存款入本港銀行之方式投資、或以抵押本港或其他地方之各式建築物與土地方式投資、又或以本港或其他地方某企業或公司之抵押品、信用債券、存貨、基金、股票及證券投資；可購置各種貨物與器具以及可隨意使用或轉讓上述各種土地、建築物、存貨、基金、股票、貨物及器具； -
The trustees shall further have power by deed under the seal of the trustees to grant, sell, convey, assign, surrender, exchange, partition, yield up, demise, reassign, transfer or otherwise dispose of any lands, buildings, messuages, tenements, or goods and chattels, forming part of the trust fund upon such terms as the trustees may deem fit. the common seal of the trustees shall be kept in the custody of such person or persons as the trustees may from time to time appoint for that purpose
