目前，在我國市場經濟活動過程中，侵害消費者權益的現象屢有發生，這不僅使廣大消費者在市場經濟活動中提心吊膽，伸出「顫抖之手」與經營者進行交易，自身的合法權益得不到應有的保證，而且破壞了市場經濟的正常秩序，影響了社會經濟的健康、穩定發展。我國政府和各級行政機關在保護消費者權益方面作了大量的工作，但各種侵權違法行為仍是屢禁不止，可見，目前我國的消費者權益保護措施還存在著各種問題和不足。本文運用博奕論工具分析了消費者權益保護問題，找出消費者權益屢受侵害的原因並提出相應的政策建議。 -
