在第4章中，給出了適于求解擬線性方程的幾種差分格式，即一步lax - wendroff格式、二步lax - wendroff格式、 maccormark格式、一階tvd格式、 harten二階tvd格式，並用上述5種格式對同一簡單的交通流問題進行了數值模擬，利用數值結果，篩選出最適合求解具有強間斷特性的交通流問題harten二階tvd格式。
