用goldkey軟體分別選取公認的hopp等與kyte等親水性參數、 jain表面可及性參數、 karplus - schulz主鏈柔韌性參數及welling抗原性參數對p1 、 p2兩個多肽片段進行參數分析。並採用通用的prosite程序與chou - fasman方法比較分析p1 、 p2多肽片段的氨基酸位點與二級結構特徵。綜合判定兩個多肽片段的抗原性及其位點，結果認為p2抗原性強于p1 。
