本文結合攀鋼轉爐煉鋼工藝現狀及全連鑄對鋼水質量的要求，從改進煉鋼過程質量控制的角度，以轉爐連鑄機爐機匹配條件下提高鋼種煉成率為目標，在現有lgmis系統和轉爐煉鋼過程靜態控制模型的基礎上，詳細分析了攀鋼轉爐煉鋼的鋼種煉成率以及影響攀鋼轉爐煉鋼的鋼種煉成率的因素，分析了轉爐煉鋼主原料（鐵水、半鋼、混合鐵水）的質量和物流條件對攀鋼煉鋼過程質量的影響，提出了通過控制轉爐煉鋼主原料質量和物流條件改進煉鋼過程質量控制的策略。
